Auntie Trenni makes a visit

My sister Trenni came to visit April 15-18. It was a very short weekend visit but it was a lot of fun. She arrived late Friday night and we just spent a little time catching up before heading to bed. On Saturday we all went up to Community of Hope church to participate in their Easter egg hunt. It was very cute, they arranged an area just for the little toddlers with eggs stacked up and let the kids put them in their baskets. Alayna was more interested in shaking the eggs and playing with them than picking them up and putting them in her basket. But, it was fun.
On Saturday night we went up to Alley Katz to celebrate our friend Tim’s 40th birthday. His wife threw him a surprise party in the pool room at the bowling center. It was a lot of fun. There was good good, fun music, pool and great friends to hang out with. It was nice to have my sister meet some more of our friends.

Sunday after church was pretty much for relaxing. My sister and I spent some time outside with Alayna playing on her swingset. After we had enough of outside, we ran some errands to Target where Auntie Trenni bought her Goddaugther some cute outfits and jammies for Easter. We enjoyed a great dinner of burgers on the grill and spent the evening relaxing. It was a very short visit but it was nice to have her in town. Alayna loved playing in the yard with her and spending time with her too.
