I am so excited that our family will be moving back to Wisconsin. It is no surprise that I have been homesick since we moved here and it has gotten worse after Alayna was born because she wasn’t near any family members and was missing out on those bonds.
So, when I was made aware of a position in the athletic department at UW I was eager to send in my resume to be considered. Thankfully, from there I was offered the job.
There is still a lot to work out and at times I panic a little and hope that we are making the right decision, but I think looking towards the future it will be a good move for our family.
Now, we just need to rent or sell the house and find Derek a job. No biggie right? ;-)
I am excited though that we will be in town for Thanksgiving and will be able to give thanks this year for being close to family and that Derek and I are able to make this decision and this move.
