March 9th, 2011 - First Birthday

On March 9th Alayna turned 1. We didn't do much that day since, well she is one and doesn't really know any better. However, she did play with one of her new birthday presents that morning before school and just LOVES it! (Thanks Trish, Erich and Baiya). Alayna also got some really great gifts from her family and friends that live far away. She got a neat stuff bunny rabbit from great-grandma and some cute new outfits from her Godfather Ronnie, Jenn and Landon, as well as cute outfits from Auntie Cyndi and Uncle Al. She also received lots of money that will be spent on a few new clothing items for the summer (mostly new pajamas!) and the rest will be put away into her savings account for college.



That night we had dinner and gave Alayna her first cake. It was chocolate with pink frosting. Below are pictures of her from her first birthday.
