I know I am VERY behind on the monthly update for Alayna, but I just returned from a 12 day work trip in Indianapolis. So, she turned 4 months while I was gone and had her check up and I didn't get to read over all the info until I got back on Monday. So, here is her 4 month old update.
Alayna had her 4 month old check up on Friday, July 9th. She weighed in at 12 lbs 6 oz which is in the 25% of weight. She is 25 in. long (50%) and is reaching her milestones all on time. In June, Alayna learned how to roll over, which was a big milestone to reach. There is video in another post. She is also becoming more alert and interactive. She will reach for toys and look for them if she drops them. Also, anything she finds is finding its way into her mouth...including her feet. She loves when you blow raspberries at her and she will do it back to you. She also smiles a lot and follows you in a room with her eyes as you walk around.
Since July is almost over I am having a hard time remembering what we all did last month. The biggest was Alayna's first plane ride for our trip to WI. (See previous post) I honestly can't seem to remember what else we did or places we went. So, I guess this will be a short update. We have a family vacation coming up and I will have a long post and pictures when we get back, as well as a 5 month old update. I cannot even believe my baby is almost 5 months old!!
