It is bad that I am jealous of others when they sell their house? Our house has been on the market for 3 1/2 months now and still not sold. We have friends who put their house up and less than 24 hours later, done deal. I am annoyed and jealous. I can't help it. We have to move to Texas in 3 1/2 months and are heading into crunch time. The house needs to go soon. We have already lowered the price on it twice already and don't want to do it again. We just bought it in October so we are currently trying to sell it for what we paid for it.
We have decluttered, clean every week for our open houses and pray endlessly and still nothing. I just want this monkey off my back!
